The Yoga Room's classes consist of Asanas (movement), Vinyasa flow (synchronized breath and movement), Power Yoga (modeled on the Ashtanga style of practice), Pranayama (yogic breathing), Meditation, children's yoga, Dog Yoga, and workshops. We offer a friendly and comfortable environment to start or continue your journey toward wholeness and enlightenment. You need not be flexible or be capable of quieting the mind; just simply show up. Your commitment to yoga will reward you with flexibility, fitness, relaxation, and peace of mind.
