Stopover in the Yard @The Grey

KICK OFF your weekend in style with lunch and live music at The Grey. Through Savannah Stopover and The Grey’s unique partnership, Savannahians can support local nonprofits, enjoy delicious food, and catch some of Savannah’s hottest bands in the side yard of downtown’s acclaimed restaurant.

Chef Mashama Bailey will cook up burgers, hot links, potato salad, broccoli slaw, and baked beans. Pair your meal with beer, wine, or Chatham Artillery Punch and enjoy the sounds of Painter & Poet.

Savannah-based Painter & Poet is the project of husband and wife team Anna and William Cusack. Alongside Jalen Reyes and Grant Srikoetkhruen, they blend influences ranging from Stevie Ray Vaughan to Mindi Abair to create an eclectic, engaging sound. In October, the band shared a new single, “Wise Anna Lee,” a taste of the sound they hope to capture on a full-length album.

Attendees have the option of paying a cover to watch the show and have a drink ($15) or purchasing a ticket and meal combo ($25). All proceeds benefit local art and creativity advocates Loop It Up Savannah.

Saturday, November 11, 12 p.m., $15 concert & drink, $25 concert, drink & food, $15 children under 10
