Research now shows that the inability to manage stress is the number one threat to the health of Americans. What can we do? Learn how to make small life-style changes that reduce worry and stress, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, and improve overall health and well-being. In this informal workshop, you will learn to use Mindfulness, Qigong and Tai Chi in a chair to relax and reduce stress. No experience or spandex required.
