The owner, when located, said she had come home from church and was outside for about 15 minutes. Three boys from the neighborhood were playing around the van. She said she had had problems with the three in the past. A neighbor asked to borrow the key to the vehicle to retrieve some belongings inside, and the owner has not seen the key or the vehicle since.
