Try a "SKULL CRUSHER" at THE PIRATE'S HOUSE

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK

Try a: SKULL CRUSHER

Enjoy at: The Pirate’s House

MADE WITH:

Light Rum, Dark Rum, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, a float of 151 Rum served in a Souvenir Skull Mug

We start off with a full shot of Silver Rum and then a full shot of Dark Rum. We use a Castillo and the Goslings Dark Rum. Then it’s equal parts of orange juice, cranberry and pineapple and then you do a 151 Rum floater on top. Finally, garnish it with an orange slice and a cherry. It’s sweet, but definitely strong.

Also on the menu: Chatham Artillery Punch

Gin, Rum, Whiskey, Brandy, Benedictine, Café Zinfandel, Orange Juice, Cherry Juice, Lemon Juice, Iced Tea, Brown Sugar and topped with champagne served in their 22oz Souvenir Snifter

MEET THE MIXOLOGIST: Amanda Barlow

I’ve lived in the area for about 16 years now. I was born and raised up in Maine and we randomly found our way down here. My favorite part of bartending is the people.

I’ve been doing this since I was 19, about 14 years now. I’ve done it in different areas, as well. I’ve done a bar bar, but this has been fun because you meet different people on a daily basis in Savannah.

The bar at The Pirate's House restaurant is located at 20 E. Broad St., Downtown Savannah.
