Dr. Patrick Buchanan is a wonderful plastic reconstructive surgery doctor. After a year of having a sedentary lifestyle (for a non-sedentary person) I thought my I would always be coming home and lying in bed. You see, after having ACDF C4-C5, Laminoplasty C3-C6 in January 2024, my muscle dehiscence. Which simply means my muscles separated and did not grow back together. No other doctor would touch my case however Dr. Buchanan agreed to take a look at me. He explained to me immediately that yes he could fix the problem with me not feeling like I could hold my head up and even told me what he could not guarantee after the procedure and healing was completed. I am so very pleased with my outcome. I had no hope before this procedure and now I feel more like my old self again. He is one of my HEROs and I will forever be grateful.

We got them resolved and he used a few avenues to assist through his contacts to correct the issue. Once we completed enrollment he made sure that I had all of the contact information to get in touch with him as well as the office via text and number.Keone is a great asset to their team. He is very knowledgeable and follows up when he says he will. He will go the extra mile to make sure all questions or concerns are taken care of . He does, as the entire team at 64 follows up even when then really don’t have to. I’ve phoned a few times with questions and they are prompt in getting back with a response and the information to resolve the issue and they make sure that it has been taken care of. Notably, he actively listens to his patients, ensuring that they feel understood and valued. This attentiveness is evident in the numerous options he presented before surgery, which was his last resort. Even in this situation, he respected my autonomy and made the decision to proceed with surgery only after I had fully informed consent. In my experience, few doctors can offer such comprehensive care within a few visits. I am confident that Dr. Samaddar is the preeminent orthopedic physician in Savannah.

Their gate closed on my car and caused $4600 worth of damage and they will not turn it in on their HOA insurance!
They admitted they had been having trouble with the gate and we followed their directions exactly on their information sheet, only to have our vacation upset with the faulty gate.
13 phone calls and all I get is, ”This is our policy ma’am! Turn it in on YOUR INSURANCE!!!”
