Eric Jones Trio featuring Stutz Wimmer @Good Times Jazz Bar & Restaurant

SAVANNAH'S own Eric Jones Trio welcomes a very special guest for the evening.

Saxophonist Stutz Wimmer, who holds a Master’s Degree from The Eastman School of Music, recently relocated from Atlanta to Hilton Head. In Atlanta, he spent six seasons with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and has arranged or played on countless recordings for radio, television, and album recordings. During his time in Atlanta, Wimmer also acted as Musical Director for Rupert’s Orchestra Atlanta, a sixteen-piece show band that serves as the house band at Rupert’s Nightclub. Wimmer and his pianist wife, Carla Wimmer, are currently working on a saxophone/piano duo.

The addition of Wimmer’s saxophone talents will make for an enriching evening of jazz at Good Times.

friday, December 22, 8 p.m., $5 cover charge added to each check
