With vocals clear as a mountain stream, Megan Bee summons the spirits of the wilderness in her folk/Americana-inspired sound. A singer-songwriter with a background in environmental education, Bee worked as a traveling farmhand and found her voice while singing around a campfire in the desert. She got her footing in the award-winning trio Wormz and the Decomposers before going solo.
Currently based out of Athens, Ohio, Bee released her latest studio album, Like a Canyon, in 2017. The record, emanating warmth with its gentle acoustic arrangements and inviting lyricism, earned an Ohio Music Award for Best Americana and Best Singer-Songwriter Album.
