Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools will reopen all schools and facilities on Friday, Aug. 9 for employees and staff. Recovery assessments have been completed and all schools are ready to accept students. All district facilities and schools will operate on normal schedules.

There are still some road closures in the county that could create transportation delays tomorrow. The “Here Comes the Bus” app provides up-to-the-minute information on bus routes.
