STATESBORO – Pro-Palestine protests erupting on college campuses across the country were also seen at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro and
Savannah (Armstrong campus) on Thursday, May 2.
GSU student groups held rallies which attracted students demonstrating in support of Palestine and some from the opposing "side," who were holding the flags of Israel and of the United States to express their opposition to the rallies.
