Ben Watson says, “I am grateful that Senate District 1 reaffirmed me with such a wide margin of victory. I’ll continue to work hard for Liberty, Bryan and Chatham Counties.” Ben Watson – 4,433 votes (59.4 percent)
Beth Majeroni – 3,026 votes (40.6)
Watson does not have an opponent in the November general election, and will go back to the gold dome in Atlanta to represent Senate District 1.
