Here’s what’s going on today (Saturday, July 7): Edwin McCain headlines a free, day-long concert outside Tubby’s Tank House in Thunderbolt. The music starts at 2 p.m.; Mr. “I’ll Be” is scheduled to go on (with his band) around 7:30. And the Trustees Theater screens Forrest Gump – parts of which were filmed here in Savannah – at 7 p.m. The Accomplices are onstage at the Tybee Island Social Club.
