Tons of runs as race season begins
Most folks I talk to say that having an event to train for is one of the best ways to stay motivated. I agree. So I thought I’d give you the rundown on all the races I could find in the Lowcountry for the next few months.
Running with your crew

I subscribe to a pretty pared down version of running. I don’t own a lot of clothes, gear, or shoes. In fact, if I was certain I wouldn’t cut my feet open, I would drop the shoes too.
‘Look out! I think I might be a runner.’
In 2012, I swore off fast food and lost 30 pounds. I finished that half marathon. I was determined that I may do a good many things, but chickening out again would not be one of them.
