Each week, we will highlight pets available for adoption from local rescue organizations. In November, we are featuring Renegade Paws Rescue. NOVEMBER IS ‘RESCUE A SENIOR DOG’ MONTH!
Shiree
COLORS: Black Chihuahua Mix
AGE: 9 years old
WEIGHT: 7 pounds
Shiree is a tiny senior girl who lived with one person her whole life until that person could no longer care for her. She is medium energy even in her older years and loves snuggling and going everywhere with her people (bonus points if you carry her!). She does well with older kids, cats, and would thrive as an only dog or in a mellow pack. Shiree is ready to settle in with her forever family, enjoy her sunset years, and continue being the 100% princess she was born to be!
Tookie
COLORS: black and white pit bull mix
AGE: 2 years
WEIGHT: 51 pounds
Tookie has a big head to match his big heart. He loves nothing more than having ANY of your attention. When coming up for pets and love, he snuggles his head right into your chest. Tookie is super dog friendly and is always up for a nice game of fetch. He has been through training sessions while in Renegade’s care and is the best boy looking for his best fit! Apply to bring this energetic love bug home today!
Volunteers at Renegade Paws Rescue are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for unwanted, abused, or injured dogs in the Coastal Empire. The nonprofit organization is determined to find a forever home for every animal who comes through their doors.
