Pilates Class

Skidaway Island United Methodist Church (SIUMC) offers, to church and non-church members alike, basic Mat Pilates classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:15-10:15 a.m., for only $5.00-$6.25 per class, depending on the number of classes taken per month. Classes focus on improving core strength, posture, flexibility and muscle tone. Participants must be able to lie down and stand up from a floor mat.
