(Yoga) Core de Soar - An Inversions Workshop

In this 90-minute workshop, we will learn how to practice and build up to the key inversions of headstand, handstand, and forearm stand beginning with poses to include crow, firefly, plow, shoulder and wheel poses. If you're ready to learn inversions, unleash the powerful and strong person within, and take your yoga practice to the next level, this workshop is for you! Students need to bring a mat, towel, and water. Limited space - early registration encouraged
