AURA FEST IS bringing a night of metal and rock to El Rocko Lounge, with Florida’s Yashira headlining the impressive lineup. Joining the Jacksonville-based band on the bill is fellow Floridians Gillian Carter, Savannah’s own Sins of Godless Men, and two-piece grind band Negative Graves.

The night promises to be a diverse representation of what both Georgia and Florida have to offer. AURA Fest is presenting the show ahead of their 2019 festival at Ships of the Sea Museum Gardens on Feb. 16, with headliners including ZAO and Fit For An Autopsy.

Yashira has been gaining steam as a buzz band since signing to Good Fight Music earlier this year and releasing their critically acclaimed debut Shrine in April. The band has toured with the likes of Fit For An Autopsy and Cryptodira, and has earned a reputation for effortlessly blending the intricate arrangements of bands like Converge with the musicality of the legendary post-metal band Isis.
