San Antonio-based alt-rockers Nothing More hit The Stage on Bay this weekend. The group was nominated for two 2017 Grammy awards, including Best Rock Performance (“Go To War”) and Best Rock Album (The Stories We Tell Ourselves).

Nothing More has been performing and releasing albums independently since 2003, earning the attention of Eleven Seven Music after the release of their fourth record, Nothing More. The band officially broke out in 2014, with the singles “This is the Time (Ballast),” “Mr. MTV,” “Jenny,” and “Here’s To Heartache” charting on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.

The group’s fusion of post-screamo, hard rock, prog-rock, prog-metal, and heavy metal will appeal to a variety of rock fans.

The evening’s opening act is yet to be named; keep an eye on savconcerts.com for updates.

Friday, April 6, doors at 6 p.m., show at 7:30 p.m., $20-166, all-ages
