Savannah Stopover releases full schedule with venue info

The Savannah Stopover Festival has released its full schedule, including venue information.

The festival happens March 7-9 in downtown Savannah at these venues (* = all-ages):

Barrelhouse South - 125 West Congress Street
Club One - 1 West Jefferson Street
*Congress Street Social Club - Outside Stage - 411 West Congress Street
Congress Street Social Club - Inside Stage - 411 West Congress Street
El Rocko Lounge - 117 Whitaker Street
*The Grey - 109 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd
The Jinx - 121 West Congress Street
*Ships Of The Sea Maritime Museum - North Garden/Assembly Room - 41 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
Perry Lane Hotel- Wayward Bar- 257 E. Perry Street
Perry Lane Hotel- Peregrin Rooftop Lounge ( Credentials Required) - 256 E. Perry Street
Service Brewing Co. - 574 Indian Street
The Stopover Artist Lounge - 18 E. Broughton Street ( Credentials Required)

New venues this year include Service Brewing on Indian Street which will host nine bands, and the Perry Lane Hotel on Drayton Street, which hosts three shows.

Richmond, Virginia’s Lucy Dacus headlines the festival’s annual Opening Night Event on Thursday, March 7 at Ships Of The Sea Museum’s North Garden.

Legendary indie rock band Deerhunter headlines Friday night, March 8 at Ships Of The Sea in the band’s first performance in Savannah.

Renowned Welsh band The Joy Formidable also make their first Savannah appearance at Ships Of The Sea on Saturday, March 9.

Additional highlights include Auckland, New Zealand’s The Beths headlining at El Rocko Lounge on Saturday, March 9.

England’s Ruen Brothers will headline The Jinx on Thursday, March 7 with Savannah’s own The Train Wrecks opening.
