COASTAL Rock Productions brings Spotlights, the project of Brooklyn-based married couple Mario and Sarah Quintero, to El-Rocko. Formerly of the band Sleep Lady, the Quinteros bring a heavy, dreamy sound with a sludgy base and shoegaze shimmer. Spotlights released a debut full-length, Tidals, in the spring of 2016. Savannah’s math rock innovators Hotplate join the bill.
