Through collaborations with Buckethead and an average of 150-200 shows a year, That 1 Guy has become a favorite for a wild, one-of-a-kind live show.
Classically trained as a double bass player and educated at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Mike Silverman got his start as a progressive jazz player before creating the Magic Pipe, a seven-foot-tall instrument featuring metal, strings, and electronics, and forming the one-man band That 1 Guy.
