Get ready for an unforgettable evening of music, food, and community as WharfStop, brought to you by the folks at Savannah Stopover takes center stage on the river, Thursday, May 18 at 6 pm. at The Park at Eastern Wharf.
“The free and open-to-the-public concert is our way of expressing gratitude to the incredible Stopover community that has supported us since 2011,” said Savannah Stopover founder Kayne Lanahan.

Let’s take a closer look at the bands set to grace the WharfStop stage:
Easy Honey
Hailing from a Tennessee mountaintop, Easy Honey has been refining their irresistible sound and delivering raucous live performances since 2016. Drawing inspiration from early Brit-rock and 90s alt-rock, Easy Honey effortlessly combines youthful playfulness with mature musicality. Dual frontmen Selby Austin and Darby McGlone, along with Charlie Holt and Daniel Comen, form the backbone of this captivating band.
Jive Talk
Based in Nashville, Jive Talk has gained recognition for their anthemic synth-rock sound and electrifying live shows. Their vibe-heavy music has earned them acclaim as a breath of fresh air in Music City, with industry insiders touting them as the next big thing to emerge from Nashville. Prepare to be swept away by their high-energy performance.
Sam Burchfield and The Scoundrels
(PICTURED ABOVE) Sam Burchfield’s latest record, ‘Scoundrel,’ embarks on a new chapter in his musical journey. With 11 captivating tales of human emotions, ranging from greed and betrayal to heartache and redemption, ‘Scoundrel’ serves as a marker of Burchfield’s artistic evolution. Rooted in his upbringing in the mountains of Seneca, South Carolina, Sam reconnects with his roots in this compelling record.
The Intracoastal Playboys:
Savannah’s very own The Intracoastal Playboys redefine the concept of a “bar band.” Comprising owners and bartenders of local establishments, including Sea Wolf Tybee, Lone Wolf Lounge, and The Original Pinkie Masters, this country supergroup brings their spirited performances to WharfStop. With Ryan Schimmenti, Thomas Worley, Andrew Ripley, Matt Garapola, and Kevin Rose, expect an unforgettable country music experience.
To make your WharfStop experience even more enjoyable, organizers request that you remember to bring lawn chairs or blankets. While food and soft drinks will be available for purchase from participating food trucks, alcoholic beverages will also be available. (Please note that coolers are not permitted on-site)
Street parking is available at the venue and parking in the Eastern Wharf garage for a fee. Additionally, the DOT Trolley operates until 7 pm and conveniently drops off passengers just steps away from the park.
If you prefer to arrive by boat, take advantage of the 800 ft of public floating dock space in front of Eastern Wharf, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Well-behaved pets are welcome, but pet owners should be mindful of their furry friends’ sensitivity to loud noises and music.
