The expansive — and expensive — JW Marriott Plant Riverside District was the site of a ribbon cutting and public tour today. The $350 million legacy project of local developer and hotelier Richard Kessler was on display inside and out, with plenty of nods to Kessler’s eclectic passion for art collecting.
