The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is bringing top design stars to the Hostess City again this week. SCAD is presenting the 17th edition of SCADstyle, a three-day event in Savannah and Atlanta that features conversations with leaders in fashion, beauty, interior design, architecture, graphic design, advertising and more.

Savannah programming will be on April 11 and 12. All events are free and open to the public (and SCAD students)

SCADstyle 2023 guests include designer Anna Sui, Vogue Mexico and Latin America head of editorial content Karla Martinez de Salas, founder and creative director of LUAR Raul Lopez, global vice president of design for Coca-Cola Rapha Abreu, creative leader Jean Batthany, and head of digital content at SSENSE Steff Yotka.

Other industry leaders including Stephan Rabimov, Dexter King, Anna Ayers, Barbara Sallick, Dror Benshetrit, Adam Rolston and Drew Stuart will be hosting panel discussions and conversations with guests.

Standout SCAD alumni will also be featured at SCADstyle, giving Savannah locals a glimpse into some of the work graduates are doing and providing students with an opportunity to learn about different post-grad careers. Graduates include Hannah Harris, Meghan Preiss, and Feifei Sun, discussing their respective creative careers with Brown Girl Hands, Summer Fridays, Delta Air Lines, and McKinsey & Company.

“SCADstyle draws the world’s most brilliant creative pros and entrepreneurs, from designer Anna Sui to Studio Dror founder Dror Benshetrit,” SCAD President and Founder Paula Wallace said. “Every SCAD student finds something to love about SCADstyle. Future UX pros and product inventors? Emerging designers of jewelry, fashion, furniture, and interiors? Bring it! Only at SCADstyle do future creative leaders enjoy access to so many influential dreamers and makers at once!”

Below is an overview of local SCADstyle 2023 events. All events are free and open to the public. Savannah events will take place at the SCAD Museum of Art theater at 601 Turner Blvd., unless noted.
