USA Network's TV show "Royal Pains" needs extras and stand-ins for their Savannah and Tybee Island shoot, through March 28. General extras ages 18 to 50 years old, baseball players age 18 to the mid 20s, hippie-types, two pregnant women and a while male with dreadlocks, ages 18 years and older.
