Introduction to Meditation

Meditation may not be what you think it is! Join Kate for an exploration into what meditation is, how it works, and how to do it. We’ll learn how to sit and practice several different styles of meditation. Come find a technique that works for you. Dress comfortably. Bring a journal and a pen. Seated meditation practice. This workshop is a part of the Yoga 101 program and is open to all levels of students. Attendance counts toward our 200 Hour teacher training program.
