• After numerous warnings, a man was arrested for being in a public park after 9 p.m. There is a city ordinance that states everyone must be out of city parks after 9 p.m. After being issued a citation, the man, in a loud and disorderly manner, advised the officers he would enter the park again after the police left. The man was asked to leave at 2:20 a.m. but at 3:25 a.m., was observed sitting on a table in the park. He was given a chance to leave, then was given a verbal warning since he had already been given a citation. At 4:41 a.m., the man was again found in the park, saying, ”I say what I want, I do what I want.” After ignoring all warnings, he was placed under arrest.

• A couple walking in the historic district was robbed at gunpoint by three unknown men. Taken were cash and personal items. Two witnesses came forward to give statements to the police about the robbery. The victims were not injured.
