Eye in Eye

Terri Harris and Lauren Gourgues’ work meditate on a congruous reflection. Both artists are completing their B.F.A at Savannah College of Art and Design and work primarily in a style they’ve generated from their own personal explorations. Gourgues works with a compilation of memories and dreams that upon their conjuring an interesting relationship between truth and illusion is blurred. Harris works through her experience with scrupulosity, a form of obsessive-compulsive disorder concerned with one’s morality and the perfection of their ethics.
