The Metal Artistry of West Africa: From the Kole Collection

Drawn from the private collection of the Kole family, this exhibition sponsored by Armstrong includes sacred and ceremonial objects created by people in sub-Saharan Africa, including Nigerian altar pieces, a Dogon ritual harvest bowl, an animal-inspired Edo ritual dance helmet and a Toma costume used in healing rituals.
