THE Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-based Josh Brannon Band formed when guitarist and vocalist Brannon walked into a bar and met fiddle player Worth King, a Muscle Shoals, Alabama native. The two found musical kinship and began performing and writing as a duo. Inspired by the greats of 1990s country music, Brannon and King fleshed out their band, adding lead guitarist Tanner Beck and drummer James Poindexter to create a full sound.
Over their 10 years together, the band has opened for the likes of Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Sammy Kershaw, Clay Walker, Chris Young, and more.
Josh Brannon Band most recently released Neon Lights, a 2016 album recorded in Muscle Shoals, Alabama and produced by hit maker Billy Lawson.
