Rare Creatures

Experience the hooky pop of two Charleston bands this weekend. Rare Creatures takes inspiration from acts like King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and Alt-J to create their own style of heavy synth-pop with a curtain of big guitars. Together, vocalist and guitarist Coleman Sawyer, bassist and synth player Hugh Camp, lead guitarist Keller James, and drummer Logan Crank are on their way to creating some memorable Lowcountry sounds. Expect recordings in 2018 and, in the meantime, tune into their live B-Side Session at Fairweather Studio on YouTube.

Human Resources kicks out ‘80s-inspired dance jams with deep grooves and fresh tones. Find their infectious EP ‘Pizza Dreams’ on Bandcamp.

Savannah’s own aquadelic space pop troupe McLeod joins the bill.
