Once again, Savannah’s favorite manipulator is the gentle and generous Dr. Whelan, whose busy downtown practice helps thousands of people a year straighten up and fly right. In his spare time, the spine aligner donates his services to the Special Olympics and volunteers as a swim coach at the JEA.
