Over the summer, City Council passed a pilot program extending Savannah’s fable to-go cup area. The new zone extends along the Bull Street corridor from Anderson lane south to Victory Drive, to include Starland Yard. In a year of major challenges, a little bit of expanded enjoyment went a long way, and fit into social distancing measures as well. Perhaps as early as this week, City Council will vote on making the pilot program permanent.
