Fauvely, Conversations @The Sentient Bean

Savannah native Sophie Brochu brings her musical endeavor Fauvely to her hometown.

The Chicago resident started exploring songwriting after completing her master’s degree in fiction writing. With guitar and voice, Brouchu spins emotionally vulnerable, earnest dream-pop alone and with a full band.

The artist released her first EP, ‘Watch Me Overcomplicate This,’ via Midwest Action. Stay tuned for her first full album, Tides, inspired by the beauty and complicated memories of home.

Fauvely plays with Conversations at The Bean on Saturday and at El-Rocko Lounge with Lakin Crawford on Friday.

Saturday, June 23, 8 p.m., free, all-ages
